Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are undshappy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges or returns can be done quickly and easily by Click Here
Return Period: We use a 14-day return period in which the customer can return their package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return must be sent back to our warehouse in Belgium within these 14 days.
Return Policy: All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition that is suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NOTE:
For items that are on sale, icon. does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or exchanged for store credit.
For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot provide a refund or store credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, items in the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you only want to exchange one of the items, you only return the one you want to exchange and keep the other.
Return costs: Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country you are returning your package from to our warehouse in Belgium.
Return processing time: If you indicate that you want to exchange a product when you register your return, we will start working on it immediately. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. On your track & trace that you receive with your return, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From that moment on the start of 10 working days. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days for the refund to be visible on your bank

What can I do if my exchanged product is no longer available?
Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already made your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you have not received this email correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.
What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipping or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Send a message to info@vere-antwerp.com with a photo of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as soon as possible to find a solution.
What if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Remember to deliver your return within the 14-day period before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we offer you the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a credit note. Ask our customer support team for the options.
